Can I pursue MBBS from Government colleges in India as I have less than 20% disability in my upper limb? Am I eligible for MBBS?

I am preparing for MBBS 2016 but I am confused about my upper hand disability.

    You are eligible for MBBS admission under Physically Challanged category . You need to undergo medical board.
