Can I pursue MBBS from USA on the basis of my HSC marksheet 2012? What will be the process for the same?

No. USA has its own entrance exams too. Moreover, you need to show your proficiency in English by TOEFL or so other ones. & then for VISA and all you need to show that you are financially sound enough via fellowship, scholarship or so to pay fees.
