Can I pursue MCA after completing B.Sc?

I opted for B.Sc in maths but discontinued maths in the last year of B.Sc. I am left with physics and chemistry.

To pursue MCA, maths is a compulsory subject in graduation but in some colleges, if you have maths as a subject in any of the years then also you can apply for MCA. To get the list of colleges you can refer to the following link. https://www.tcyonline.com/mca/eligibility.php
