Can I pursue MCA as I didn't opt for maths in HSC?

You cannot do in most of the institutes. Few universities like Manipal allows, but only if you have a degree in computer Science or IT. Following is eligibility:
The candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science or Information Technology. They should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate. -

MCA is a computer related subject that requires mathematics as a base. If you passed class 12th without maths, then I am sorry, you cannot pursue MCA in your masters.
