Can I pursue MCA from Mumbai University IDOL programme after doing BCA from Sikkim Manipal via distance?

I cleared my 10th SSC in 2003 after which I pursued Diploma in E&TC from IETE New Delhi. Now I am pursing BCA from SMUDE.

Yes, you can. BCA from SMU through distance is properly recognized and accepted by all universities for Masters programme.
