Can I pursue MEng in engineering management from the University of Alberta?
I scored 7 band in IELTS (L-7, R-7, S-7, and W-6.5) 75.6 percent in class 12th, 77 percent in class 10th and 6.73 CGPA in BE in instrumentation. I don't have any work experience.

Your CGPA is on the lower side and will be difficult for any MS course, M.Eng is anyway a tough program.You can apply with a good SOP and LORs or perhaps apply after gaining some work experience and research work.
