Biotechnology and fashion management are completely different fields of education. Being a B.Sc biotechnology student you may concentrate your mind properly. You may proceed with M.Sc in biotech.

Yes, you can do MFM. A Bachelor's degree from any stream is required to pursue Master's degree.
