It is not legal to pursue more than one PG course at a time. But, you can do. It is your competency to handle both the courses. You have to take care of following things:
1. University of PG courses should not be same.
2. Do one of the course privately.
3. Don't apply both the degrees at same time. Work silently to gain more. -
