Can I pursue MS from Canada?
I have 69.63% in BE mechanical engineering from VTU and I have got 6 bands in IELTS.

Yes, but the top ones require at least 75%. You can check universities in Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, etc. -
Yes, but you should not expect top tier universities. You can go for GRE test and perform your best. This may increase chances of getting decent ones.
