Can I pursue MS from Canada?
I have 69.63% in BE mechanical engineering from VTU and I have got 6 bands in IELTS.

Yes, but the top ones require at least 75%. You can check universities in Australia, New Zealand, UK, France, etc.

Yes, but you should not expect top tier universities. You can go for GRE test and perform your best. This may increase chances of getting decent ones.
