3.0 out 5 is the average, chances could be there but not in the TU9 universities. If they are impressed with your research profile which may include research-oriented work, publications, etc., they may consider. -

It is important to make sure that you are aware of the recognition requirements. If the certificate of education is recognised as a higher education entrance qualification in Germany, this recognition may apply for all courses (general qualification) or for certain courses (subject-specific qualification). Two to three semesters of study in the home country may be recognised as a higher education entrance qualification in Germany, depending on the country of origin.
