Can I pursue MS from New Zealand?
I have scored 92% in class 10th, 92% in class 12th and 53% in B.Tech.

Ideally, they ask for 70% and above. However, it depends on the institute. You need a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience (post qualification) for many post-graduate programmes including MBA and engineering.
