Can I pursue MS in aerospace and aeronautical engineering is US/Singapore after completing Bachelors in Civil Engineering.?

What will be the extra knowledge needed except those from my Civil engineering course and how can I sort it out..I know i have to appear for the GRE and TOEFL, I mainly want to know the criterion for MS in aerospace or aeronautical engineering?and whether my Bachelor background will harm it.
