Can I pursue MS in CS in the USA?

My aggregate in B.Tech is 68. I don't have any backlogs. I am a final year B.Tech student.

Hello, Yes, you can apply but after taking the GRE. You must have a very good score as your Bachelor degree grades are not too high.
