Can I pursue MS in CS in US from a really good university with 15-years of study (BCA)?

I have done BCA with 72% aggregate, 12th with 58% have a work experience of 3.5 years. Can I go for MS (CS) in US for top 50 universities? I am asking because of two reasons, 15 years study and other is less score in 12th.
