Can I pursue MS in CSE from Canada? Is it a better choice to pursue MS in the core field?
I have done B.Tech in ECE from India.

You can go to Canada in order to pursue CSE, but you will face few problems because you have to start from level one as you are not a CSE student, so you don't have knowledge about that field. You should continue with your core branch and you can do better with this option.
