Can I pursue MS in CSE from Canada? Which is the best university for the same?
I have done BE in ME. I have 3.5 years of work experience (IT company).

You may evaluate doing M.Tech in Software Systems from BITS Pilani WILP. It is two years distance learning program with acceptability in IT industry. You are eligible to do this course.
