Can I pursue MS in Germany after completing BE in ECE?
I have two years of work experience in the IT industry. I scored 59.82 percent marks in BE in ECE.

With 59.82%, chances of getting admission are very poor. You can try applying as there is nothing much you can do. Take the IELTS and if possible learn German language.
You need to have more than 90% in get admission into German universities. Hence, look for other countries like Australia which are
