Can I pursue MS in Germany?

I was detained in 2nd yr B.Tech due to sudden death of my father.I have an aggregate score of 65% in EEE.

Hi Rajesh, I hope you have completed your Degree, if you have completed it and if you can score 6 IELTS bands, there wont be any issues, but still final discretion is in the hands of University in Germany. Also please keep in mind, you need to mention same thing or explain in your statement of purpo
