Can I pursue MS in industrial engineering in Canada with 301 marks in GRE, 7 band in IELTS and 53 percent marks in BE?
I have 29 backlogs and cleared my BE in 5 years.

You can write to the university of your choice as every university has a different policy concerning backlogs. So we can't provide any generic answer as it depends from university to university.
