Can I pursue MS in USA?

I scored 55.35 percent marks in my B.Tech.

Don't feel bad due to your low GPA. Take the things head on. First score good in GRE and TOEFL iBT. Let these score speak about your competence, then focus on writing good SOP and getting suitable LOR. Yes, you can look for Pre-Masters pathway program first to take the progression into Masters entry in your second year. However, I would not suggest you for the pathway option, investing 30 lakhs approx. is not suggested.

You have very less chances in getting admission to MS in a good USA university. You may try at some low ranked private universities. Before taking admission please check all details about university.
