Can I pursue my B.Tech from MDU, Rohtak or from any private university?
Which university is better among MVN University, Palwal or Lingayas University, Faridabad?

I would suggest you to go for a private University. If you are getting main MDU campus, then you can think about it otherwise don't choose it. Go for other state universities or some private one. I have done my B.Tech from MDU. -
mdu Rohtak will be a better choice
