Can I pursue my Bachelor's degree in Germany if I qualify IELTS exam?
I scored 58.8 percent marks in HSC. I am in the 2nd year of B.Tech.

Germany have very high education standards. Unfortunately, your percentage is too low. IELTS for your information is required for English language proficiency and will not help in any manner, if your academics are poor. Do look out for other countries such as Poland, Australia, Malaysia, etc.
