Can I pursue my graduation in other branch after completing Diploma in civil engineering?

Yes, you can pursue Graduation in engineering after completion of diploma. But if you want admission in any other branches then you have to seek that Institute which accepts diploma as equivalent to 12th. Then you can seek admission in first year of engineering in branch of your choice.
