If you meet the admission requirements, you can pursue your higher education from a good university abroad. You haven't specified your grades nor your education background to guide you better.

My overall IELTS score is 6.5. I scored the following band in each section:
1. Listening -7.5
2. Speaking - 6.0
3. Reading - 6.0
4. Writing - 5.5
