Can I pursue my higher studies abroad with 6 band in IELTS and 17 backlogs in Diploma in civil engineering?

I have scored 6 CGPA in class 10th. I have a gap of 1-year. I scored 60% in Diploma in civil engineering.

Hi Dalbir, Yes, you can but admissions will be challenging in the highly ranked universities. You will have many options in Australia, UK, New Zealand, Poland, Italy etc. If you have a good SAT score you can try in USA as well. Your SOP and LORs will also be considered.
