Can I pursue my higher studies in Canada after completing Diploma in electrical engineering?
I have backlogs in Diploma in electrical engineering.

Hi Sachiv,
You can study if you have a good profile. Backlogs are considered if not a big number and if you have improved on your marks after clearing the backlogs. Since Canadian colleges are competitive I will also advise you to keep other country options also.
