Can I pursue my higher studies in Germany? Which course can I opt in my post graduation?
I am an electrical engineer and I scored 62 percent marks in my B.Tech.

Hello Jerin, with 62% it's going to be so tough. You can try in the private universities but they too are very selective. You will also be required to German language skills, IELTS scores, GRE etc.
