Can I pursue my higher studies in New Zealand or Australia with 5.5 band in IELTS?
I have completed my class 12th. I scored 4.5 band in one of the modules of IELTS.

Hello Jagmeet,
Even if you manage to get admit from the universities with this IELTS score, you might end up with a VISA rejection at the end as the minimum IELTS requirement for undergraduate would be 5.5 with no band less than 5. I would suggest you to retake IELTS and try to score well and then apply for the universities.
