Can I pursue my Masters in Canada with 58.97 percent marks in graduation?

My GPA is 3.47 out of 4.

There are few universities, which will accept you with this score. However, most of the top Canadian Universities will only accept your application, if you have amazing extra-curricular activities, work experience, recommendations or internships.
