Can I pursue my UG in Germany or London with scholarship? What is the procedure for the same?

I am pursuing my B.tech course here at Trivandrum. i want to do an undergraduate course at abroad.At germany or London.Can I study there with scholarship

HI Meenashi, If you have completed first year of UG studies with excellent marks, you can apply to German Universities for UG courses. German education is almost free and therefore you do not have to look for scholarships. For UK, if you have excellent grades, you would be eligible for scholarships.
