Can I pursue part-time B.Tech in civil engineering while working?
I am 27 years old and working in the construction field. I scored 44.22 percent marks in class 12th with PCM.

Yes, you can pursue part time B.Tech in civil engineering. But, your class 12th percentage is quite low. It might create hindrance in admission and you won't be able to get a very good college.
