Can I pursue PG diploma from New Zealand?

Some of the universities may accept your percentage. You can appear for IELTS exam and go some consultancy services to assist you with your eligibility.

Yes, you can get through New Zealand Universities. You need to take assistance from consultancy services. IDP is a better consultancy services for abroad studies.
