Can I pursue PG in automobile engineering from Germany or New Zealand? What would be the expenses for the same?

I am pursuing B.Tech 3rd year (mechanical). My average marks are around 60%.

    For automobile engineering, Germany is far better. The current cost is about 1000 to 2000 Euros as tuition fees and about 6000 Euros as living expenses per annum which at current rates is about 6.5 lakhs. If you have an academic score above 75%, there is a good chance of getting a scholarship which means, tuition fee is fully or partly waived off reducing your cost.
