Hi,
Don't think like that. You still have future. Clear your backlogs first. Some banks provide PGDBF with support of Manipal or other Institutes
Axis Bank, Federal Bank, IDBI bank are some of them. Go to the career link of respective bank website to know more

The 4 lakh budget is for PGDBF course offered by banks having tie ups with Manipal Institute of Banking & Finance where placement in the respective bank is assured after course completion.
For example: Axis Bank, Baroda bank, Federal Bank etc.
