Can I pursue PGDM program? Is it a good decision to pursue PGDM? I am waiting for my 5th semester result.

No You can't. Unless you have completed your undergrad with minimum 50% marks, you can not appear for CAT and hence you can not join PGDM course. For your CAT score to be valid, you need either your degree and marksheet or a letter from the dean of your college saying that you have completed all the courses and the degree will be awarded to you soon.
