Hi Madhurjya,
Some universities enroll students into an MSP/Ph.D program. So in this case, you don't have to enroll in MS and Ph.D programs separately. Gaining admissions into MS will lead to Ph.D, of course, you must complete all course and research requirements and by no means, you can do Ph.D wi
