Dear Priya, Yes, you can pursue Ph.D. programme after completing MBA in Finance. This is the best decision if you are looking for the teaching profession as by 2023 Ph.D. will be mandatory for the teaching profile. My friend is also doing Ph.D. in Management at LPU after his MBA programme. It is not difficult to get admission to Ph.D. if you are good at research work. To increase your chances to get admission to Ph.D. you should have a good academic record and the area of research you want to work in. There are many universities that offer the Ph.D. programme, LPU is one of the best universities to do a Ph.D. to enhance your knowledge

Yes, you can complete your Ph.D after MBA, but it is not a good decision. Master's degree in Arts/Commerce/Science is a good decision.

Dear Priya, Upgrading yourself academically, especially in the field of research is really a good decision. This will surely open up higher opportunities and increase your status monetarily as well. Ph.D is a good decision as it strengthens your knowledge into your field. Not only this, but it also develops confidence in your peers to handover stronger responsibilities to you at a higher level. I personally believe you should surely go fir it, if you can invest time for it. I hope this would help. God bless you.
