Can I pursue Ph.D after completing PGDM-HRM from MIT-SOB? I heard that the institute is not approved by AIU.

As on date many Universities accept a PGDM program for taking up a PhD, however there are some universities that insist on a masters degree. For pgdm students the other option is to complete Fellow Prog In Mgt (FPM) recognized as PhD and offered by autonomous institutes like the IIM'S ,XLRI, NMIMS,

Hello dear, you cannot pursue Ph.D from MITSOB. MITSOB is management school which provides PGDM course.
