    yes. in india u can phd after aicte pgdm. bt nt ugc phd. u can do alternative fellow prog. .same equivalents phd.

    You need to pursue a masters degree in order to pursue PHD in future . PGDM is a diploma in Business Management and its not a proper degree. For doing PHD, you need to do MBA either from distance learning or part time or full time. Any masters degree like MSC, MCOM, MA will do for doing PHD later on in future.
