Can I pursue Ph.D in computer science after completing M.Sc in CS or is it necessary to get an M.Tech degree?

Yes Kunal,
You can pursue Ph.D after completing M.Sc and it is the normal route. You don't have to pursue M.Tech to pursue Ph.D, unless you want to do it.
