Can I pursue Ph.D in English literature preferably at USA?

I've scored 82.5% in secondary, 87% in higher secondary, 50.8% in graduation and 63.8% in Masters.

Dear Paramita, You are qualified to do your Ph.D but not quite strong academically. However in USA, there are many options. You have to write to the universities yourself. Visit the department pages, check the Ph.D. information and email the research supervisors. Submit some work if you have, you
