Can I pursue Ph.D with 51 percent marks in PG?
I belong to SC category. I live in Nepal.

51% is too low and for Ph.D admissions, candidates must be highly academic. You will find options in India or also look for part-time Ph.D options. If you want to go abroad you can check less competitive countries such as countries in East Europe.
