Can i pursue PhD course along with a masters degree in distance mode simultaneously?Is it valid?Does UGC approve this?

No you cannot study in such a pattern. It is not valid qualification. Under such way you won't get the admission in PhD.

I think it is impossible to do so and even if you do it, it is not recognized.
