Can I pursue regular Polytechnic Diploma from RGPV and private BA from IGNOU simultaneously?

Yes, you can pursue two courses at the same time if the mode is different i.e. one is regular and the other one is a distance mode but it would be advisable to never show both the degrees at the same time.
