Can I pursue software engineering after 12th?

I have just passed in HSC exam with the stream commerce. I have interest in software engineering. Which are the best course and institution I can prefer?

    Hi
    Software engineering is only possible with Science (PCM) group. With commerce you may pursue BCA if you have maths as one of the subject.
