    BBA is really one of the best courses in Bachelor's degree and many students do MBA after this which is now become a tradition and in MBA there are many students who are from the departments such as Engineering, BCA, BA, B.Sc. etc. The crowd in MBA is also very high so it is really a good option to choose something other than the traditional course which can be deemed helpful in the long duration of time.     Yes, there are multiple courses in designing and there are some institutes offering MBA in fashion designing as well. So, you can definitely go for them after a proper research about the career progression and eligibility, etc., but there are only few available institutes like:-
    National Institute of Fashion Technology offering 2-year MBA in Fashion Design Management. It is located in New Delhi.
    It provides full-time degree program in fashion designing so you can go for it.
    The program aims at preparing the candidate for the field of fashion technology.

    Yes, you can this field is open to all from all streams whether Arts, Commerce or Science. And after BBA also no issues you can just you need is to seek you have time to do and your interest in it and money to spend and yes then go for it. And for pursuing any course you just need these three aspects as foremost then others and ya how it lists is according to individual on his needs.
