Can I pursue the 2nd year of B.Tech abroad? What is the fee structure of the same?
I am doing B.Tech from a college affiliated to UPTU.

Yes, you can apply for admission in the 2nd year.
Well, the fees in the colleges abroad is very high, about 10 lakhs for a year. And, you also have to pass English language test TOEFL.
