Can I pursue the 2nd year of B.Tech in RTU?
I am pursuing my B.Tech from GNIOT but I want to take admission in AIET, JAIPUR.

Change of university from one to another is not possible after 1 year. You can change the college within university but cannot switch between universities. To switch the university you have to give the entrance exams once again and start afresh from the first year. Only in some special conditions like transfers or other special cases UGC grants the permission to change the university.
