Can I pursue the 3rd year of B.Tech through correspondence? Is it a good decision?

I discontinued my engineering after completing the 2nd year of B.Tech.

You can enter in the 2nd year through LEET exam. B.Tech through distance is not a good option at all, unless you have a strong reason. Later, in your job you will have to justify the same.

No, you cannot as you are pursuing B.Tech 3rd year and lateral entry will get admission in 2nd year.
