As per DEC guideline it was not allowed. But now DEC has been dissolved and UGC has been entrusted with the responsibility of looking after Distance Education provided by Indian Institutes. UGC has not yet framed out or published the rules and regulation in detail in this regard. Hence you are

Two regular courses can't be pursued together, one should be regular and the other should be distance / short term certificate course. And in your case, you may pursue two correspondence courses together.

Two degree courses is not valid at a session . only one is valid in a session .
